How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email and SMS on your registered contact details notifying the confirmed status of your order.

Can I add/ remove products after order placement?

Unfortunately, once you place an order, you cannot make any edits or modifications.

Can I ship the products to an address different from my billing address

Yes. On checkout, you can choose or edit the shipping address according to your choice. However, updating the shipping address is only possible before placing an order.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please log in to your account to check the status of your order. If your order is not processed or dispatched, the option to cancel your order will be available.

What is the return and exchange policy?

What to do if I receive a damaged/ wrong product?

If you have received a damaged/ wrong product in transit you can contact us at support@novology.com or send us a message on WhatsApp.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

On receiving the request, we'll send you an email after the refund has been initiated. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the source account. For COD orders, you will be required to provide your bank details to receive the refund.
